Madilynne Lee represents corporate policyholders in insurance coverage matters, focusing her practice exclusively on insurance recovery. Her work spans high-stakes coverage litigation involving commercial general liability, directors and officers liability, representations and warranties, cyber, and product liability policies.
Madilynne’s experience includes pursuing defense costs from insurers for third-party liability claims and advising clients on first-party cyber claims. She drafts briefing for litigation and arbitration matters and evaluates insurance policies and reinsurance certificates to determine whether coverage exists on behalf of policyholders.
She has also supported joint insurance funds in seeking reimbursement for defense and settlement costs and worked with captive insurance companies to recover such costs from reinsurers.
