Daniel Nunez focuses his practice on public finance and real estate finance matters. He represents and advises lenders, issuers, underwriters, non-profit organizations, and trustees on the structuring, issuing, purchasing, and securitization related to tax-exempt and taxable financings for public projects, including multifamily housing, 501(c)3 transactions, education, healthcare, and water facilities throughout the country.
