Ashley Cross is a corporate associate who works on venture financing, fund formation, and related corporate matters. She represents start-ups and investment funds across a range of transactions.
As a seasoned corporate attorney, she helps clients navigate successive financing rounds from seed through later-stage transactions, representing both companies and investors. She regularly manages SAFE and convertible note financing, handling document drafting, client communications, capitalization tables, and securities filings. Her work includes preparing form and ancillary documents, managing disclosure schedules, and coordinating diligence and compliance matters.
Ashley has counseled clients across a variety of sectors, including alternative energy and agricultural technologies.
